Okay, a U.S. network decides to launch an Americanized version of a BBC show. So many ways to go wrong-- especially when it's one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. But it looks like MTV may be doing this one right. I'm not sold on the cast yet (the original cast was perfect)-- but it looks like they're following the plotlines of the original closely (the drunk episode is one of my favorite episodes of all time, and I saw a few reminders of it here). Might be worth giving a shot later this summer.
