Monday, 3/26
Alcatraz; Fox. 7 pm CST. Season Finale.
I missed the last two eps-- and didn't really miss it-- but I'll hang around to see if anything happens tonight before I dump it for good.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager; ABC Family. 7 pm CST. Mid-season Return.
Oprah's Lifeclass: The Tour; OWN. 7 pm CST. Season Premiere.
Make It or Break It; 8 pm CST. Season Premiere.
Tuesday, 3/27
Best Ink; Oxygen. 9 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Kimberly Caldwell hosts this tattoo artist competition.
You know, 'cause we needed another one...
Wednesday, 3/28
Whitney (NBC; 7 pm CST). Season Finale.
That's so cute: calling it a season finale.
Unless Ms Cummings has some pictures to use for leverage against the NBC Brass, I fully expect this one to land in the NBC failure graveyard.
Desperate Landscapes; DIY. 8 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Host Jason Cameron gets 60 plants and eight hours to transform some homes...
Whitechapel; BBC America. 9 pm CST. Season Premiere.
Friday, 3/30
True Justice; Reelz. 8 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Sunday, 4/1
The Killing; AMC. 7 pm CST. 2nd Season Premiere.
The producers have promised to let us know who killed Rosie by the end of the season...
Game of Thrones; HBO. 8 pm CST. 2nd Season Premiere.
I missed the boat last season (although I just bought the Blu-Rays in an attempt to rectify that), but I have heard nothing but praise for this one. Worth checking out.
Wicked Tuna; National Geographic. 9 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Another fishing show; this time about flounder. (The title is just to get you excited.)
Okay-- it's really about tuna.
You're more excited now, aren't you?

Tuesday, 3/20
The River (ABC; 8 pm CST). Season Finale.
The Little Couple (TLC; 9 pm CST). Season Premiere.
Wednesday, 3/21
Bent; NBC. 8 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Amanda Peet is the single mom who hires David Walton to renovate her home.
Both have done some decent comedy in the past, but NBC is pretty much just burning the episodes off this spring, so don't get too attached.
Thursday, 3/22
Touch; Fox. 8 pm CST. (Sort-of) Series Premiere.
Fox aired the pilot a few weeks ago, and they're calling this the "World Premiere" as it lands in its normal timeslot tonight.
Project Runway All Stars (Lifetime; 8 pm CST). Season Finale.
Archer (FX; 9 pm CST). Season Finale.
So, four days after Walking Dead closes its season, the increasingly-great Archer signs-off.
Thank God Community is back (NBC; 7 pm CST) or I wouldn't have any shows to really look forward to every week.
Friday, 3/23
Sweet Home Alabama (CMT; 8 pm CST). Season Finale.
Sunday, 3/25

Walking Dead Finale Tonight
Saw this pic and decided to post it because it pretty much sums up what tonight's ep (AMC; 8:00 pm CST):

I read what could be a real plot synopsis of tonight's season finale, and if half of it is true, it'll be the wildest episode of this show so far. As we've seen the past two weeks, this show is not afraid to kill-off characters, and there should some more graves needing to be dug as the zombie hoard descends on the farm.
EDIT [after watching the finale]:
Okay-- that's how you end a season. The spoilers I read were dead-on, but actually seeing the two Season Three set-ups (that were pure catnip for comic book nerds) were still cool. The mysterious stranger (who comic readers know) with the unique weapon and companions-- and that last camera pan up to reveal the setting for the third season.
Damn! October is a long way away...

Some interesting changes proposed by this dude.
I knew it had issues, but seeing it again recently reminded me just how bad it was.

Monday, 3/12

Hoarders (A&E; 8 pm CST). Season Finale.
Tuesday, 3/13
Fashion Star; NBC. 8:30 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Fashion design goes to a major network!
And if the commercials are true, we'll be able to buy the designs-- in store!-- the next day!
Oh hellz yeah!
Wednesday, 3/14
Interior Therapy With Jeff Lewis; Bravo. 8 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Bad economy my ass. This is, what, Lewis' third show; the second since the housing bubble burst?
South Park; Comedy Central. 9 pm CST. Season Premiere.
Unless this show actually gets funny again this season, I'm out.
Good, Better... Best; DIY. 9 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Jeff Devlin hosts this series where contractors pitch their remodeling ideas to homeowners.
Restaurant Stakeout; Food Network. 9 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Willie Degel, the "toughest steakhouse boss" in New York, brings hidden cameras into steakhouses and then busts the poorly behaving staffs.
Ugly Americans; Comedy Central. 9:30 pm CST. Mid-season Return.
Monster Man; Syfy. 10 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Special effects propmaster Cleve Hall and his team is featured in this new series.
Thursday, 3/15
Missing; ABC. 7 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Ashley Judd stars as an ex-CIA agent who heads to Europe to find her kidnapped son.
Community; NBC. 7 pm CST. Mid-season Return.
The smartest, craziest, most unpredictable comedy on TV returns-- finally. Check it out.
Here's an awesome trailer to get you in the mood (Super-sized because this show deserves it):
The First 48: Missing Persons; A&E. 9 pm CST. 2nd Season Premiere.
Sweet Genius; Food Network. 9 pm CST. 2nd Season Premiere.
Friday, 3/16
Fairly Legal; USA. 8 pm CST. 2nd Season Premiere.
North Woods Law; Animal Planet. 8 pm CST. Series Premiere.
The game wardens of Maine are examined in this docu-series.
In Plain Sight; USA. 9 pm CST. Season Premiere.
The final season begins here.
Sunday, 3/18
Frozen Planet; Discovery Channel. 7 pm CST. Mini-series Premiere.
The team that brought us Planet Earth and Life takes us on a trip to the world's coldest regions. Four years-- and 60 expeditions-- in the making. Highly recommended.
The Walking Dead (AMC; 8 pm CST). Season Finale.
After a slow-paced first half of the season, the show has really brought it lately (even killing-off a major character last week), and this finale should be even crazier. At least one other major death, and a big shit-hitting-the-fan plot that sends the group in different directions by the end should make this a great one.
Creator (and finale co-writer) Robert Kirkman promises "big zombie action" for this ep-- but I wonder if the biggest death(s) will come from zombies-- or one of the humans.

Jason Isaacs stars as a detective who wakes after a car crash and finds he's living in two realities: one in which his wife died, and another in which his son died. He doesn't know which is real and which is a dream.
I caught this pilot last night (OnDemand, Hulu, and iTunes all are offering it), and it's really good. I'm not sure if the premise will hold up week after week, but I'm completely willing to watch to see how it does.
And, if the plot or the premise hadn't hooked me, Isaacs had a fantastic scene near the end where he explained how he's going to process not knowing what's real and what's a dream with this therapist. It showed, right there, what kind of man we're going to be watching.
Saturday, 3/3
DC Nation; Cartoon Network. 9 am CST. Programming block premiere.
The Green Lantern animated series and the return of Young Justice anchor this block, but scattered throughout will also be animated shorts and DC Universe news.
The Aquabats! Super Show! The Hub. 12 noon CST. Series Premiere.
This live-action show features five costumed kids who fight crime-- with rock and roll.
The Essentials; TCM. 7 pm CST. 12th Season Premiere.
Drew Barrymore picks the films for this run.
Oddities (Science; 9 pm CST). Mid-season Finale.
Sunday, 3/4
Army Wives; Lifetime. 8 pm CST. 6th Season Premiere.
GCB; ABC. 9 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Based on the novel Good Christian Bitches, comes this soapy show just in time to take-over for the departing Desperate Housewives.
The commercials have made this look like a lot of fun (and I am fully aware that doesn't necessarily mean anything), and the cast is pretty good.
And one of the characters is named "Carlene Cockburn"...
You just have to give the show a shot with a name like that.
Breakout Kings; A&E. 9 pm CST. 2nd Season Premiere.
And the ads are promising that "one will fall".

Rob Liefeld... Not a very technically good artist
I ran across this recently, and it had me laughing so much, I had tears in my eyes.
I don't really want to perpetuate the beating this dude gets, but I also don't feel too awful about it. I mean, he's got more money than Tony Stark, so he can afford to take an art class or ten...
And, no, you don't need to be a comic book fan to enjoy this.
...But it helps.
