The heaviest band in the world is also the biggest band in the world. People literally live and die by this band. And they are f-bombing morons...
This is a hard one to describe, but if you love metal music, you should get something out of it. If you love violence, then you should get something out of it. If you love laughing hysterically at things you'd never thought you'd see, then you should get something from this.
Season One had some funny moments and lines, but the one that stands out to me right now is when the guys told Murderface he didn't have to wear underwear; he could go "commando". And Murderface fell in love with the concept because "Now, when I look down, I see a distinguished older gentleman sitting on two duffel bags."
Check out Metalocalypse (or the band of the show: Dethklok) on the Internet, and you will see way more sites than possible for an [adult swim] show. On 9/25, there's even an album coming out with expanded songs from the "band". Here's the link. There's no video or audio, but check out some of the song titles:
