If you have nothing else to watch at 7 pm, check out 10 Things I Hate About You on ABC Family. It's set in high school (which I'm about 20 years removed from), and it runs a number of cliches, but actress Lindsey Shaw is great. I've been a fan since Aliens in America, and I think she's got the goods to end up as a really great actress.

Frankie & Neffe; BET. 9:30 pm. Series Premiere.
A reality show that follows the mother and sister of Keyshia Cole.
I admit, I don't follow music much, but I usually read something about a fairly popular act (at least so I can recognize a name when I see it again), and her name doesn't ring a bell. And now her mom and sis get a show? For real?
