The Band of Brothers creators return to WWII; this time, on the Asian Front.
I'm pretty sure I can say this is must see television right here.

The Guard; ION.  8 pm CST.  Series Premiere.
A show featuring four Canadian Coast Guard members.  I'm pretty sure it's scripted and not reality.
Who knows anymore?  Too much crap filling the airwaves have made it almost impossible to distinguish what's real and not from a few sentences in a magazine.

Ultimate Recipe Showdown; Food Network. 8 pm CST. Season Premiere.

Celebrity Apprentice; NBC. 8 pm CST. Season Premiere.
