Wednesday, 10/6

Great Performances: Macbeth; PBS. Check Local Listings.  Movie.
Patrick Stewart stars in the title role.
His work on the live performance received rave reviews, so it's expected he'll shine on this movie as well.

Thursday, 10/7

The Promise: The Making of Darkness on the Edge of Town; HBO. 8 pm CST. Movie.
This documentary looks at the late-70s making of Bruce Springsteen's "masterpiece of isolation".
(Yet another album I've never heard of.)

Friday, 10/8

Dog Whisperer With Cesar Milan; National Geographic.  7 pm CST. 7th Season Premiere.

Fatal Attractions; Animal Planet.  8 pm CST. Season Premiere.

Saturday, 10/9

Law & Order: UK; BBC America.  8 pm CST. Series Premiere.
Yep-- the series even got a British spin-off (now in its third season across the pond), which debuts in The States today.
Battlestar Galactica's Jamie Bamber is one of the leads-- as is my mega-huge crush from the last year: Doctor Who's Freema Agyeman.
I'm so in-- and I'm psyched I get to try out the show before I spend money on the DVD set (Season One currently $30 at Target).  You know, just in case Freema's got a really small part.
Yeah-- I like Agyeman that much.  I'd blind-buy a TV series starring her.

Sunday, 10/10

Food Feuds; Food Network.  9 pm CST. Series premiere.
